Današnje promene se na globalnom nivou odvijaju velikom brzinom i dovode do složenih situacija u pogledu poslovanja kompanija na svim tržištima. Nastali problemi su intenzivirani u ekonomskom pogledu, menadžmentu, povećanju rizika u informacionom poslovanju, u industrijskom i tehnološkom poslovanju, u zdravstvenom pogledu ljudi, kao i u ostalim sferama privrednog razvoja.
Celokupni privredni ambijent u ovom periodu, suočava se sa teškoćama izazvanim pandemijom COVID – 19 nastalom u Vuhanu u Kini.
COVID-19 je Svetska zdravstvena organizacija (WHO) proglasila pandemijom zbog globalno gledano sve većeg broja slučajeva koji se svakodnevno potvrđuju. Ovi događaji podržavaju zabrinutost na svetskom nivou, zbog mogućih neidentifikovanih i neprijavljenih međunarodnih slučajeva COVID-19, što bi moglo dovesti do novih lokalnih epicentara bolesti. Od 20. januara 2020. do danas, izvršene su mnoge analize zdravstvene zaštite i kvaliteta (HAQ-indeks) svake zemlje. To govori da zemlje sa nižim HAQ indeksom mogu ili potceniti slučajeve COVID-19, ili da nisu u stanju da ih adekvatno otkriju. Iako su podaci kod nekih zemalja možda nepotpuni i moraju se tumačiti s oprezom, nedoslednost u prijavljivanju slučajeva COVID-19, predstavlja ozbiljan problem koji bi mogao sabotirati napore na suzbijanju virusa. Zato se u zemljama vrše ispitivanja metodom korelacije pristupa kvaliteta zdravstvene zaštite (HAQ) sa prijavljenim slučajevima.
Imajući u vidu nastale probleme zbog pandemije, sve naučne konferencije na međunarodnom i nacionalnom nivou su dovedene u pitanje, što zbog širenja bolesti velikom brzinom, što zbog zatvaranja granica i zabrane letova na međunarodnom nivou.
Zbog nastale situacije Naučni i Organizacioni odbor našeg Fakulteta doveden je u dilemu da li da se održi međunarodna konferencija zakazana za 14. i 15. maj 2020. pod nazivom „MENADŽMENT 2020“ ili da se odloži za kasnije, povoljnije uslove, po zaštitu zdravlja naših učesnika. Poštujući odluke donete od strane Ministarstva prosvete, nauke i tehnološkog razvoja Republike Srbije, na Fakultetu je odlučeno da se međunarodna naučna konferencija realizuje 8. i 9. oktobra, zajedno sa Međunarodnom konferencijom „ZITEH 2020“, koja se redovno održava svake godine u ovom periodu.
Shodno predloženim tematskim oblastima združene međunarodne multikonferencije „MENADŽMENT 2020“ i „ZITEH 2020“, i shodno nastaloj situaciji u vezi sa COVID – om, svetski i naši stručnjaci, univerzitetski profesori, naučnici, istraživači, privrednici, studenti i svi zainteresovani, imaju priliku da predstave najnovija dostignuća u oblasti: menadžmenta, prava, ekonomije, informatike, ekologije i zloupotrebe informacionih sistema, i da podele svoje stavove, viđenja, preporuke, sugestije i zaključke iz datih oblasti i sfere sopstvenog istraživanja.
Za ovu konferenciju je prijavljeno 90 radova iz oblasti predviđenih programom konferencije. Autori radova su sa pet kontinenata, tako da sa pravom možemo reći da se radi o naučnoj konferenciji od globalnog interesa.
Pozdravljamo sve učesnike Međunarodne multikonferencije u organizaciji Poslovnog i pravnog fakulteta Univerziteta „Union - Nikola Tesla“ u Beogradu i Ministarstva prosvete, nauke i tehnološkog razvoja Republike Srbije, u saradnji sa udruženjem „IT Veštak“ iz Beograda i sa dvadeset jednim suorganizatorom iz dvanaest zemalja u svetu.

FOREWORD

Today's changes on a global scale are taking place at a high pace, leading to complex issues in terms of the operation of companies in the world market. The resulting problems have intensified in terms of economy, management, risk increase in information industry, industrial and technological business, people's health, as well as in other spheres of economic development.
The overall economic environment in this period is facing difficulties caused by the COVID - 19 pandemic – initiated in Wuhan, China.
COVID-19 has been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) due to the growing number of cases being confirmed globally. These events support global concerns about possible unidentified and unreported international cases of COVID-19, which could lead to the new local epicenters of the disease. From January 20, 2020 until today, many health and quality analyzes (HAQ-index) of each country have been performed. This suggests that the countries with a lower HAQ index may either underestimate COVID-19 cases or be unable to adequately detect them. Although the data in some countries may be incomplete and should be interpreted with caution, inconsistencies in the reporting of COVID-19 cases pose a serious problem that could sabotage the virus containment efforts. Therefore, the tests are performed, in many countries, by correlating the quality of health care approach (HAQ) with the reported cases.
Having in mind the problems caused by the pandemic, all scientific conferences at the International and national level have been called into question, either due to the spread of the disease at high speed, or due to the closure of borders and the ban on flights at the international level.
Due to the situation, the Scientific and Organizing Committee of our Faculty had faced a dilemma, whether to hold the International Conference that was scheduled for May 14 and 15, 2020 under the slogan "MANAGEMENT 2020", or to postpone it for later, when the more favorable conditions for the health of the participants would be created. Respecting the Decisions made by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia, the Faculty decided that the International Scientific Conference would be held in October, 8 and 9, 2020 together with the International Conference "ZITEH 2020", which was held regularly every year in that period.
In accordance with the proposed thematic areas of the joint International Multiconference "MANAGEMENT 2020" and "ZITEH 2020", as well as with the situation regarding COVID, the experts from the country and abroad including university professors, scientists, researchers, businessmen, students and all interested parties, have an opportunity to present the latest achievements in the field of: Management, Law, Economics, Informatics, Ecology and Information System Abuse, and to share their views, recommendations, suggestions and conclusions from the given areas and spheres of their own research.
Ninety papers from the thematic areas of the conference program were submitted. The authors of the papers are from five continents, so we can rightly say that this is a scientific conference of global interest.
We welcome all the participants of the International Multiconference, which is organized by the Faculty of Business and Law of the University "UNION - NIKOLA TESLA" in Belgrade and the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia, in cooperation with "IT Expert" from Belgrade and 21 co-organizers from 12 countries around the world.
