EFFECTIVE STRATEGY TO IMPROVE BUSINESS PROCESSES USING BUSINESS PROCESS REENGINEERING METHOD

Abstract


Successful operation of business systems in the life cycle of growth and development, incorporates a number of factors in the production process. The efficiency strategy determines the process conditions by the time in which the work is performed and by demands of the external environment - competitive market. Globally, a number of companies in the EU, wants to increase the current production volume, quality and export, to seize new markets and to enter into strategic partnerships with international companies or other companies in their industry. Acceptance of changes aiming to improve manufacturing processes, leads strategic management toward improving of business performances, and also to the exit of the current crisis. The strategic role of entrepreneurial management in terms of crisis is very important. The fact is that business systems grow, evolve and adapt themselves to influences of the environment. If this changes are not performed adequately, and management does not participate in the flexible creation and accepting of changes, overall operations is lead toward the crisis. The crisis alone is not a problem. The problem is the inadequate response to the crisis, which may result in insolvent and unsuccessful company. This paper presents a method of radical changes within the companies, which are strategically focused on modern business, and taking of high positions in the market. Implemented redesign of the existing state of business, i.e. business process reengineering, as a modern method of improving quality allows to companies achieving business excellence.
